View point
Today, 13.2% of Vietnams population still have no access to
electricity grid. 70% (60.8 m.) of Vietnam‘s population live iin about 9,600 villages across the country. Notably within rural areas 9.24% about 8.0 m have no access to electricity
grid. Energy is essential to development, educationand sustained
growth.
Project target
Our goal is to to promote education using solar energy as source to access local information systems to improve education.
In particular children in rural regions often have insufficient learning opportunities, a necessary prerequisite to develop.
Education decides on inclusion or exclusion in society.
For these reasons we hope that our initiative is a contribute to improvement.
We will provide a PV stand alone system (off grid), serveing as energy supply at disadvantaged rural aereas without electricity access.
Our PV system consists of several different components coordinated with each other. Two single-crystalline Photovoltaic modules brand name Antaris ASM 180 with an output of 360 Wp. An accumulator block storing solar energy, some control devices, a DC-to AC converter and a TV set with DVD
player to operate approx. 4 hours daily.
Supervision of the PV stand alone power system (off grid) will be performed by local personnel.
Education material will be contributed according to the needs and ideas of the country.
Project is sponsered by Göde Wissenschafts-Stiftung. A 200.000 Euro budget is available to launch the project.
Please support our project with a donation. We are pleased about every contribution.
